Guest guest
To say that many or even most people with Hashi's do not do well with supplemental iodine is NOT the same thing as to say that no one with Hashi's can tolerate or benefit from iodine. It is so very individual. Most people with Hashi's that I have met online can eat a normal diet and use sea salt. I am just one of the lucky ones that can't. I don't know for sure if I had antibodies and adrenal fatigue when the iodine problems started but I wouldn't take bets I did not. For extra minerals, in balanced form, I have heard of a lot of people who swear by Concentrace. sol free2ridejones wrote: > Hi was just wondering waht to do here > > I see if one has hashi's the should not have iodine.
