they also make a wax kind that you form into a ball and place on top

of the ear canal but don't put it in the canal. But I prefer the

cone shaped ones too. But I really have to be careful b/c once I had

to go to InstaCare clinic and get huge piece of wax removed from my

ear. I think wearing earplugs every nite wasn't allowing the wax to

drain.

I can't sleep without them either! Loud dog & husband!
