hyperpigmentation from sun exposure?

we had our first nice warm day this weekend so I laid outside by the

pool for about an hour and the next day had the strangest looking tan.

my face was a strange looking reddish brown. Ive never had a tan like

this,,,nor do I normally get so much color from just an hour in the

sun. Im not sure if this is jsut all in my head or what. could this be

due to being on hc or low cortisol?
