Guest guest Posted March 15, 2008 Report Share Posted March 15, 2008 hi all I started having burning legs problem. both of my legs burn evenly from top to bottom. i had some pins and needles problems at specific points of my left foot previously due to vit B deficiency but this is not like that. this is evenly distributed,felt at all parts of my legs and is on for 24 hours.thing that made me feel horrible is that it increases with smoking and decreases if I don't smoke.very upset.I am also diagnosed with kidney insufficiency. I am wondering what the cause of this burning leg symptom could be. latest changes in my life increasing ferritin by iron injections.. went up to 93 from 23 severe flu taking paracetamol and n acetyl cysteine during flu kidney insufficiency diagnosed. stress dosing --possibly overdosing-- during flu. my fasting glucose is around 70 and post prandial is around160.. do I need to take any further tests in relation to diabetes? any thoughts thanks.
