Guest guest Posted March 15, 2008 Report Share Posted March 15, 2008 I'm taking temps regularly but just started trying someting on a fluke. Had taken temp and recorded result. Then about 12 minutes later a " hot flash " started at my regular 9:00 timish (Az doesn't do daylight savings) On a whim, I took my temp and while I felt hot with flushing, my temp dropped by almost a full degree. 20 minutes later, it was back to where it had been before the flash. It was just a fluke that I had taken my temp. Tonight, gonna start taking it aroumd 8:30 pm and then when/if I get hot flash and see if same thing happens. I'm well past menopause.
