The noirmal ranges are RESTING ranges so as long as you are normal then

it is fine.

Wow...unbeleivable. Now that I think back when I would go to the

cardio's office, I would walk right in and they would take my

pressure and they sent me BP meds based on that. No one ever told

me to rest first. At a top cardio's office!

Now where I'm going (antiaging dr) this nurse had me rest today

first.

Wondering if all those years of BP meds were unecessary??
