random question about steriod creams...

in addition to the thyroid issues, I also have vitiligo and am using

steriod creams to hopefully bring back some of the pigment. as I was

applying the cream this morning, I realized that the cream may be

having some effect on my cortisol levels... is this possible? here is

what I use:

desonide cream .05%

beta-val cream .1%

I know the concentrations are pretty small but I slather a good bit of

the stuff on (esp the beta-val)--probably about a teaspoon or so.

Maybe I've been treating my adrenals and I didn't even know it...
