Need info on the 24 hour urine cortisol test

My doctor wants me to do this test, and I've got a few questions.

-Is it a good test? Is it going to give valid results since I'm taking

Cortef?

-I am currently on 32.5 mg Cortef/day, stress dosing when I get my

Venofer treatments. Should I wait two weeks after I take my last

stress dose to do the test?

-Anything else I should know?
