Guest guest
I am not on HC yet but I am on armour(it's never helped). Is it common to have a good basal temp. and then the temps. start to slide almost immediately? My basal today was 98.1, pretty good. If I had enough cortisol, it should rise to 98.6? It usually drops to 96-97's. I just need reasurance since I've been told my cortisol is fine. I usually get a blank stare when I bring this up to the doctor.
