Im taking 100 Mg 4 times a day. 25- 8am, 25-noon, 25-5pm, 25-

bedtime. Im off cortef at the moment and testing Monday for adrenal

stress (the second time, 2 years later)

I would say your dosing is perfect as long as it is not causing you stress.

I feel pretty good, actually, but I cant get my temps up. Cant wait to

test out.
