Guest guest Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 Hi, I'm one of the high cortisol folks. Have been using Seriphos, not sure it's helping. Relora claims to reduce Cortisol. Any thoughts, comments, anyone tried it. Was gonna order some from www.vitacost.com I may try just straight Ps Phosphatidylserine. But at 3oo-4oo mg... not sure I can afford it. And I dont' understand the standardization. The Vitacost's house brand has 500 mg complex with the caps containing 100 mg of the PS Any and all thoughts and comments welcomed.
