Guest guest
I eat sunflower butter or almond butter on a few slices of apple or celery or a couple of rice crackers. I know how it feels to feel starving and know that you need to eat but don't want to. I've lost almost 25 pounds since starting Armour and HC (165 to close to 140) and I didn't need to lose more than 10. I eat all of the time but keep losing weight. It's hard to figure. > > I am soooo not hungry. What are you eating for a snack with the last > 2.5 HC dose? I am literally having to force myself to eat and > nothing sounds good. Guest guest
I eat boiled eggs, walnuts, organic protein bars (like the green food feast bars) ...beans...sardines also make good snacks. I'd say no yogurt and am personally trying to wean myself off of dairy (soo not easy), not only b/c it's a bit more complex when it comes to digestion but also considering the hormones injected in cows which we just don't need complicating our body's already compromised state. And as for the sliced meats, as long as they're not cold cuts, I would say are good. just my 2 cents... > > > > I am soooo not hungry. What are you eating for a snack with the last > > 2.5 HC dose?
