do you HAVE to take the full 20mgs of HC?

val...i have read that even when people feel better on under 20mgs that

is still the recommended dose, but i've begun feeling worse with the

increases. along with the sinus issues, i've been bloating and have a

huge appetite increase. so is this 20mg recommendation an ABSOLUTE?

i seemed to feel best at between 15-17.5mgs before getting some of

those side effects. would this be sufficient support for my adrenals

and enough to get armour to cells? and if so, could i stick with that

and just increase if temps become unstable or get low cortisol

symptoms? thanks!
