Why only at night?

When I go to bed my heart is calm and I can manage to sleep for a few

hours. Then like often, I wake up and my heart races and my veins on

my arms always bulge. I do not get this during the day.

I am not sure what is going on here. I am taking Isocort, two pellets

in the morning, and on nature-thyroid 1/2 plus 1/4 grain, which I also

take in the morning. During the day I feel fine. At night, different

story. I find when it acts this way I wake up more tired than normal.

Sometimes I think if it is the thyroid hormones kicking in when my

cortisol levels are high at night.
