I received a new set a labs... it's been several months since I've had

any done. Any suggestions??

I'm still struggling with getting optimized.... not able to sleep

throughout the night... I think mainly because of feeling hypoglycemic

in the night. Peanut butter before bed seems to help 1/2 the time, so

I don't wake up between 2:30-4am. But it's not 100% effective.

My skin is still really dry.... I cannot lose weight. When I first

was diagnosed Hypo back in 2/2005, I lost 2bls a week for months on

just T4 meds. Ringing in my ears happens now and again... I think that

is a Hypo symptom..

I'm on zero HC. I slowly lowered to zero and stopped in Nov.

I take 4 Grains of Armour a day. Started taking Vitamin D again.

Also taking 50mg of sublingual Progesterone.

Test Results & 3 days of vitals:

Reverse T3 31 ref. 11-32

Thyroglobulin Antibodies 124 ref <20 iu/ml

Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies <10 ref. <35 iu/ml

Ferritin 172 ref 10-154

Progesterone 13.6 ref. 4.4-28

Total T3 269 ref 60-181

T4, Free 1.9 ref .8-1.8

TSH .01 ref .4-4.5

T3 Free 573 ref 230-420

Vitamin D

vitamin D total 22 ref 20-100

vit D D3 22

Vit D D2 <4 there isn't a ref range for the d3 and d2... it says

you determine deficiency by total.. which I do have a deficiency.

Is there a direct relation with vit d and thyroid?

Vitals:

Temps: 98.03, 98.8, 98.53

BP: 118/78, 116/70, 120/78

AM heartrate: 68, 76, 72

I didn't feel so well the first day... I still have days where I feel

slow.. but it's quite like the fatigue I felt when I was diagnosed at

Stage 7 AF.

OUCH. A typical example fo RT3 blocking the thyroid from working properly. You

need to go on al T3 for a time to clear out the excess Rt3 then they thyroid

will be able to work for you.
