His adrenals are shot and he needs HC but I am wondering about the effect it will have on his blood sugar? He's also REALLY LOW on B12, DHEA and testosterone, low thyroid - probably Hashi's. Do you think it would be safe for him to start Isocort? If so - should treatment be in this order? ADRENALS B12 THYROID DHEA TESTOSTERONE ????? TIA!
