I was estrogen dominant with the amount I had been on so, I guess with

dropping that soooo much and adding just a touch of progesterone

(which my body doesn't know yet since I haven't been on it a week

yet) it was a big change. I suppose lowering the estrogen so much

made more progesterone available.

A different doctor last July started me on 5 mg. hydrocort twice a

day. No differences in first two weeks. By end of week 3 I had a

touch more energy. I also LOST 7 pounds, like butter melting off.

Week 4 I gained ALL 7 pounds back and it went all to my upper

abdomen!!! My doctor didn't believe me!!! I went to her office 3 x's

a week to use her vibrational therapy machine and weighed in every

time I went. So, I not only saw my body change day by day on HC but

also, her own scales proved it. I stayed on HC two more weeks before

stopping it since I also got digestive problems on it. I never gained

any more weight since quitting HC but, also never lost any that I

gained back nor has any of my HC bellyfat gone away!

Do you have any idea as to WHY that weight gain, and shift in fat

placement and digestive problems came with the HC?
