Lis, there is a Canadian group in Missassaugua Ontario that is advocating for

captioning across Canada. their website is: http://www.cmnc.ca/ they are the

caption movies now coalition. I don't know if they have made inroads yet, but

that certainly is the way the process developed in the US.
