Cytomel Dosing and Doc visit

I'm sorry if I'm repeating a question that was just answered on here, I thought

I saw Val's

dosing schedule but now I can't find it.

Okay, I went back to my doctor and here are the results of my latest blood

tests:

TSH: 1.172 (0.35-5.50)

Free T3: 2.1 (2.3-4.2)

I couldn't get him to do the Free T4 or any of the other tests. My Rx right now

was:

HC: 10-10

Synthroid: 50mcg 6 days, 25mcg 7th day

Cytomel: 25mcg daily

Based on me telling him that I still felt really tired in the evening, he raise

my HC to 10-

10-5.

After the labs came back, he was going to keep my thyroid meds at the same

level, but I

told him I wanted to try to get my free T3 up in the higher end. So this is what

he changed

my Rx to:

HC: 10-10-5

Synthroid: 50mcg 3x a week

Cytomel: 25mcg daily + 12.5mcg daily

Does that sound about right? And should I spread the dose of Cytomel throughout

the

day? I was just taking the 25mcg in the morning, but I can split it up if you

think it would

be better.
