Guest guest
Think we figured out the reason for DH's crash last week. He'd been putting 10 mg cream on his tummy in the morning, but just told me that he'd been arriving at work still a little anxious, like the cream hadn't even been absorbed yet. So when he went into that meeting he was probably running at a deficit. When he added an additional 8 mg on his thighs and it did nothing, he panicked, didn't know what to think and drove home. When I rubbed 4 mg on the veins in his elbows, he calmed down within 10 minutes. Knowing this, he now puts his daily doses of cream anywhere he can see veins, like his elbows and ankles, and when he wants slow absorption, like overnight, then he rubs it on his tummy. I'm assuming the lack of surface veins there and fat greatly slow absorption. But this is what you want overnight, and he slept straight through 6 a.m. last night. Just thought I'd share.
