Guest guest
well, after months of lots of coughing, gagging, and recently fever's (not to mention blood work) it ends up that has pseudomnas in her airway and lungs. We thought it was allergies. The pulmonlogist did asputum culture, thinking probably not this at all. Since was trached for so many years, intabated and many months in hospitals, she is and may always be prone to this. it is very common in CF. Especially when he system gets weakend. Another thing we have to always worry about. So she is on a stron antiobiotic and hopefully in 10 days she will be ok. At least we have an answer as to why she has been so conjested the last few months. Hopefully all will be resolved by the conference! Guest guest
Cathie- I hope responds quickly and well to the antibiotic! Our dog had pseudomonas and it was horrible. We never could get rid of it - but the treatments for animals are more limited. Anway- just hearing the word gives me a bad vibe, you know? Wishing the best for !
