For All Of You Sick with Colds and FLU

I myself have hashimoto's and take armour thyroid daily along with b12

injections and many many vitamins. But this past week our whole

family started getting really ill with sinus stuff, bad colds, sore

throats, and nasty chest congestion. Of course I try to find and take

anything thats natural as I have a 15 year old diabetic son, a 5 year

old daughter with asthma and a 10 year old daughter with

under-developed left kidney, and in our area we were told that there

was a flu shot shortage so none of us got the shot.
