Guest guest
Thank you all who wrote me suggestions. I was in tears at how well my desperation was recieved. I have lots of books to buy, rest to take and supplements to try. I sincerely appreciate the time you all took to respond to me. By the way, will I ever be able to work out like I was able to before I started getting sick? 4-5 days a week? Is that ever going to be a possiblility for me? And also does any one know why I feel like Superwoman after I exercise? I crash about 2-3 hours later and I understand that, but I can't figure out why I feel so good immediately after exercise and then hit the floor with exhaustion? ashley

When you exercise, since you don't have any cortisol, your body provides adrenaline. You are living off an adrenaline high until you crash later. This only further taxes your adrenals. REST! Guest guest
Exercise stimulates the adrenals to make cortiosl whiuch is why you feel good immediately after, btu that won;t last. The fact that you run low on cortisl and feel bad later, tells me soon they will be depleted an not give oyu even that. Yes I do believ4e it si possible to get your normal life back, but it takes time and dedication to heal adrenals. a half butt effort lends half results. There is nothing but whle hearted effort that adrenals respond to. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
