Guest guest
Blood taken 2/26/08 TSH 0.0 (range 0.4 - 4.0 Glucose 98 (range fasting 65-99) I had fasted about 13 hours. Sept 2007 total chol = 215 Feb 2008 total chol = 143 Now, either this lab has screwed up, or all my previous cholesterol tests were wrong. I hope it is just the lab as a friend of mine whose last chol was 249 got a result of 180. (same lab, same " health fair " . ) If cholesterol of 143 could possibly be right, I'm worried, cholesterol that low is dangerous and very abnormal in a postmenopausal woman of 62. Anyway, isn't it impossible for cholesterol to drop 72 points in 5 months? My liver results are still way too high except for creatinine which is now too low. Where can I go for help with liver results? As I suspected they did not do ferritin, and didn't even do a complete hemogram. The only iron info is IRON, SERUM 109 (range 40-160) Is there ANY relationship between this and ferritin? thanks for any help, sol
