Guest guest Posted February 25, 2008 Report Share Posted February 25, 2008 So I start with 1/4 tab, hold for 5 days and then go another 1/4 and so on. What time of day to take it or does it matter? Anything that I should be looking for in the way of side-effects - seems like people talk about retaining water. Anything else? I'm taking about 1tsp of salt/day now? Increase that or decrease?
