Newbie here; need advice

I've been on the Yahoo RhythmicLiving and Iodine groups for over a

year now and have learned a lot about adrenals and thyroid, but I

need some adrenal advice re my lab results. I took a NeuroScience

test in January and in February my doctor prescribed AdrexSel, Zen,

thyroxine and 5-HTP. I don't feel any differently than I did before--

still getting very sleepy in the afternoon, and I quit the Zen and

the 5-HTP because all these supplements are too expensive to keep

ordering month after month. Now I'm running out of my second bottle

of AdrexSel and I'm wondering if Cortef would do the job better. Here

are the labs (optimum ranges are in parentheses):

Cortisol:

7AM: 7.0 (7 - 10)

11AM 2.2 (3 - 6)

5PM 0.9 (2 - 4)

11:30PM 2.2 (<1.5)

Thyroid:

Free T4: 1.14 (0.61 - 1.76)

Free T#: 3.6 (2.3 - 4.2)

TSH: 4.249 (0.35 - 5.5)

Any comments?
