Guest guest Posted March 1, 2008 Report Share Posted March 1, 2008 Based on experience, my guess is that Isocort has 2 mg cortisol per pellet. So 5 pellets=10 mg, not 12.5. When we converted to cream, 1 Isocort = 2 mg = .2 ml = 1 notch on the syringe.
