Guest guest
>Well, the wired is now gone! I just feel sort of 'here'. And does this go away after clearance? The wired was adrenaline, and yes, it will settle down when you are on enough T3 with everything else in place, especially after clearance. Guest guest
Thanks Nick... When you say " back off " , do you mean stop all together? or just stay at 1/4 x 5 a day??? also, i have not had a saliva test yet... I'm ordering one today!!!!!!! And my temps got stable, until I got my period a few days ago and then they went down... and sort of all over the place in the 97 to low 98 range... > > >oh gosh, that's exactly how i feel! eyes wide open WIRED and TIRED. > >i'm on cynomel t3 ... Guest guest
: If you are still cycling it's normal for temps to drop a half to a degree when you get your period, then go up again at mid-cycle ovulation for the rest of the month. Hope this helps Terri > > > > >When you say " back off " , do you mean stop all together? or just stay at 1/4 x 5 a day??? > > > > Just reduce a little > > > > > >also, i have not had a saliva test yet... Guest guest
But since I've been following your other posts, you absolutely must get thyroid labs first, as I'm sure Nick would concur. Guest guest
it does help! although it's still a bit confusing... how long do they stay dropped for? also, i have been using a digital thermometer this last month for charting temps. i just got the mercury free geratherm one this morning. thank you! > > > : > > If you are still cycling it's normal for temps to drop a half to a degree when you get your period, then go up again at mid-cycle ovulation for the rest of the month. > > Hope this helps > > Terri >

Guest guest
They stay dropped from around day 1 to day 14 (day 1 is the first day of your period). They increase around day 14 when you ovulate and remain elevated until around the following day 1, the first day of your next period. Look at the chart on the far right of this page half way down and you'll see typical temp pattern along with typical hormone patterns. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basal_body_temperature Terri > > > > > > : > > > > If you are still cycling it's normal for temps to drop a half to a degree when you get your period, then go up again at mid-cycle ovulation for the rest of the month. > > > > Hope this helps > > > > Terri > > >
Guest guest
thanks that was informative, yet still confusing i took my temps today and they're not as bad i guess as i thought? 97.9 at 9:30 am and also at 11:45 am. i woke up at 6 am... also, unrelated, i have been getting the strangest " twitching urge " right in the very middle of my chest. like right about an inch or 2 above the center middle curve part in my rib cage. does this have anything to do with anything?? it's a strong urge to contract myself/ muscles forward, really hard. thanks!!! > > >it does help! although it's still a bit confusing... how long do they stay dropped for? > > Have a look at this one > > http://thyroid-rt3.com/temperat.htm > > and also > > > http://www.babycentre.co.uk/preconception/suspectingaproblem/samplebbtchart/ > > Nick > > -- > > for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to > > www.thyroid-rt3.com >
