Thanks,s Reverse the way you came on to it if you are coming off all meds If you are swapping to Natural then there are instructions here http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/swapping.htm If you are coming off due ti intolerance then you will need to identify and resolve the cause of that before you stand a chance of feeling well on any thyroid med. Guest guest
Thanks Nick. The reason I am weaning is because it doesn't seem to be working. When I started all of this I was for sure my problem was ferrittin. But I got that up and I am not doing any better. Actually I would say I am worse. I am to the point were I am afraid I am doing damage to my heart (fast pulse/heaviness) and I don't feel well all the way around. One example of how things are worse is that when my rt3 ratio was 6 and ferritin in the 20's I felt good, I was a runner and very active. When I started the iron and t3 I started not feeling good. I couldn't run any more. I think being active now makes my once low heart rate way too high. It does seem I am missing something but I don't know what. Iron is better, adrenal test showed somewhat weak adrenals but not enough for HC. I did IsoCort for a while and it seemed to make me worse. What else can I do? I am thinking it could be minerals test show mag./pot./sodium a little low. I eat a healthy diet and take vitamins. sodium 138- (135-145) rbc potassium 97 (90-111) rbc mag 4.2 (4.0-6.4) If you have any great advice I would love to hear it.
