Your cortios is on the high side so no you would not take HC for that

btu possibly some Rhodiola and if you have troubel sleeping,

Phosphatidyl Serine can be taken a couple hours before bedtime ot lower

too high nighttime cortiosl. yes the T3 from Mexico works fine and is a

very good product.

On second thought he probably would be okay with it but I literally am leaving
