New Labs & Switching from Cytomel to Cynomel - need help with dose

Hey Val,

I have never had a full iron panel done until last week. I got the results

today.

Ferritin 251 (10-220) Last time in April it was 112

Iron, serum 100 (35-145)

Unsaturated IBC 188 (155-300)

Calculated total IBC 288 (250-450)

Calculated % iron Sat 35 (20-50)

Also my current FT3 labs are 5.2(2.3-4.2) This is while on 93.75mcg Cytomel.

What do you suggest for the dose of Cynomel?? Or I guess what would be the

equivalent of Cynomel to Cytomel on this large a dose. Can I take it up to

100mcg and see or do you think that will be too much for start.
