I htink 12 hours is fine wiht sustained release meds.

With that level of RT3 I suspect there is not a lot of resistance

built up and if you can get the FT3 up without the RT3 increasing you

ought to feel a lot better.

The upper range for that FT3 is very low and you might need to be over

range to feel best
