Hello,

Can you please post your daily average temps as the mods may need those to help

you. For example, if they're fluctuating too much, you may need adrenal support

or more of it. Are you taking anything for your adrenals?

And yes, unfortuantely, some people don't feel much better until after the rt3

finally clears. Three weeks is not a long time, so don't give up yet!

the dosage as recommended and am now on 75mcg per day.

temperature or pulse, but I have noticed a few things that are rather negative,

i.e. my skin is getting worse - I have lots of spots now - and this terrible

fatigue I suffered from for such a long time is back.

Are you still takign iron? Iron levels can fall VERY fast when T3 is

still too low or not gettign to the cells. Also are you on adrenal support?

Yes, I am still taking iron - quite a lot actually, so the iron can't really be the problem. I am also on adrenal support (have been for many weeks now), i.e. Licorice, Rhodiola and Ashwagandha. My temperatures are usually around 36.6C, but I haven't kept track in the last few days, so probably need to start monitoring my temps again.

What else can it be? Does it mean I am simply not taking enough T3?

It means one of two things, you just need more T3, or it is pooling

which is what my quesitons are trying ot determine. Pooling is

generally caused by one of two things, lwo cortils or lwo iron.

There ARE other possibilities but 99% of the time it si one or the

other of those two.

Thanks, Val! I'll see how I feel on more T3, and if it doesn't change, it's probably best to do another saliva test. Re my adrenals, I have to admit that I'm not sure whether licorice, rhodiola and ashwagandha are doing the trick for me... I have taken them for many weeks now, but my temps have generally not improved. I am assuming that's a sign of weak adrenals?
