After like 3 days, I did the blood sample like 5 days after I had a " 2 day off " from my ERFA Thyroid. Look what happened to the TSH! It went up from 0.22 to 1.3! >WHAT happened? Did I jumpstart my TSH by not taking any Thyroid for 2 days? TSH increased, your hypothalamus/pituitary saw how hypo you were and increased TSH to try and get your thyroid to take up the strain >This was after Hertoghe's instructions to stop my " vibration " which he believed was too high T3 within my cells. Did it work??? >NOW... I am curious.. Maybe I don't need any Thyroid meds at all cause ut sure looks like my TSH is kicking! TSH is the demand signal, the throttle signal to the engine, it tells you nothing about how the thyroid is responding to the command .. >By the way, I've been feeling horribly sleepy since starting on 1 & 1/4 grain 1 week ago. It's like. I'm very hypo now! You are very hypo!! Stopping that Erfa for 2 days left you a massive drop in T3 suddenly. Your FT4 is too low to stand any chance of conversion making up for the sudden drop. Instant hypo of course then puts a lot of stress on adrenals and makes it worse >My face even grew over night when quitting the 2 grains cold turkey. Is this hypo coming THAT fast? OR the amount of cortisol I am getting with my HC which is getting stronger when I take less ERFA Thyroid? Then you dropped the last 18 of T3 overnight you will get very hypo. >What's your takes on this little nut, experts? You are still under medicated. Typical range for Natural is 3 to 5 grains. Being on 2 grains will upset the feedback loop without replacing what it shuts down leaving you more hypo Did your vibration go when you went more hypo?? Guest guest
The thing is - I was supposed to start growth hormone 1 week ago right after I stepped down on the Thyroid dose. Cause GH makes the body uilize T4 and T3 better. I didnt start GH when I was supposed to! Cause I havent ordered it yet! So my Question is - Is it dangerous to be on a lower dose like I am all of a sudden? My heartrate is NOT lower. Its 70 to 80. Temp 37.0 C.But my heart does feel weird and bad now. Like a sensation, I feel a bit tickling in there.I feel I havent followed Hertoghes instruction. Hope it wont kill me.I will Get GH on Tuesday and hopefully start it that evening. My GH (IGF-1) is normal high range but he wants it to be twice as high for better Thyroid.Sendt fra min iPhoneDen 24. juli 2010 kl. 20.04 skrev Nick Foot : >FT4 10.8 (11.0 - 23.0) >FT3 5.1 (3.5 - 6.5) >TSH 1.3 (0.2 - 4.0) HYPO!!! >What's interesting here is that I was on 2 grains, quit it for 2 days, then went on taking 1 & 1/4 grains. Getting more hypo for a few days is unpleasant but not dangerous. I don't know about GH so can't comment. Guest guest
If Dr. H says it works I am sure there is something in it.Thanks for replying to me Nick. Your explanations Are always easy to undertand. Wow, my face s huge this morning. It must be hypo, as I now look like I did 15 years ago in my teens while unmedicated.I wanna add 1/4 grain today, cause I feel like I need it and my labs allow for it, 1 week after starting 1 & 1/4 grains. Do you Think this is ok, like, with an increase after 1 week?Ok, so I didnt tolerate 2 grains while low on ferritin. Trying a new iron type now. Let's see how that goes.T. Guest guest
It's not an exotic reaction, it's very common and makes perfect sense. When you were taking the medication the body had what it needed and didn't have to call for more Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. When you stopped the medication your T3 went down and your body started to call for the hormone which is actually a pituitary hormone that stimulates the thyroid to make T4 and then your body is supposed to convert the T4 to T3. Relax, there's nothing bad or strange going on. <>Roni Immortality exists! It's called knowledge!
