Guest guest
Hi : Moderator Val recommends 1-2 teaspoons for daily use, here's a post from her on this subject: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/37682 In the morning, I dissolve my Celtic sea salt in a liter bottle of water and drink it over the course of the day. I also get my electrolytes tested about 2 weeks after any adjustment of my sodium or potassium dosing. Hope this helps. > > Hi all, > > I just got some unrefined sea salt today.. Guest guest
Thanks! It does help! where do you get your electrolytes tested? i am needing the least expensive tests saving up for them... I've been looking in the files on this group, the nth group and also nth adrenals groups for info. so I don't have to ask a million questions, but some of my questions I can't find in the files. Is there a better place you know of I can look? Right now I'm concerned about taking my saliva cortisol test 4x tomorrow, I'm not sure if there are any special suggestions from this group that aren't on the ZRT labs paperwork, for example. And I can't remember if I'm supposed to take my t3 the day of test (tomorrow) or not?? also, i've been off adrenal support / supplements/ hormone supplements for 12 days so you don't have to type that suggestion to me i'm getting dhea tested in the saliva, plus testosterone, progesterone, and estradiol and i am concerned since i thought i read here or on one group that saliva tests for sex hormones are not good and blood tests are needed. ugh. THanks for answering so many of my questions today! > > Hi : Moderator Val recommends 1-2 teaspoons for daily use, here's a post from her on this subject: > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/37682 > > In the morning, I dissolve my Celtic sea salt in a liter bottle of water and drink it over the course of the day. > > I also get my electrolytes tested about 2 weeks after any adjustment of my sodium or potassium dosing. > > Hope this helps. >
