Re: potassium- breast/rib pain?

Sorry I forgot to add the most important thing. The only change I made was that

I just started taking Baetaine HCL /only 2 tabs yesterday. Could this be it?

This is not kliekly form the potassium unless it is causing digestive

issues. The warnings baotu adrnela proble,s are for folks iwht 's

thta alos have LOW aldosteorne as thye also have veyr lwo sodium levels

and usually have high potassium.

Yes it could be the Betaine is too much for oyu. I owuld reduce th edose.

I only took 2 500 mg capsusle the whole day/ once with lunch and once with

dinner. Bottle says serving size is 2 caps. It also has fenugreek 200mg each.

During our phone consult you thought maybe I wasn't absorbing vits- should I

stop taking all together if I'm having adverse reactions from such a minimal

amt? This pain is scaring me but I'll do what I have to do.

Stop it and see if the pain resolves, then you can retry at half the

dose. If pain returns thta it is unlikely you need the Betaine.
