potassium- breast/rib pain?

I have rt3=4. I do 25mg hc cream day. I started taking 10 mEq Potassium

Chloride 2 weeks ago 3.5(3.5-5.1). Was supposed to get blood tested sat but

can't get until tomorrow. Does a few days make a big difference? Last night

began having chest pain under left rib and into center of left breast. Hoping

it was indigestion - although I've never had this before. Not worse when I take

a breath. Still there when I woke up - don't really have a doc at the moment.

Concerned it's low potassium as hc can decrease. Pharmacy script info sheets

warns not to take if adrenal gland problems. Has anyone had similar problems?

Should I be concerned about Potassium?
