Guest guest
Mods, My beginning rt3 ratio was an 8. I had low ferritin and have been supplementing for several months at the same time slowly increasing my T3. I am now at 93.75 of grossman brand of T3. I have not tested my thyroid hormones since acquiring my ratio. My last dose of T3 is taken at 6pm. I take them every 2 hours. Though I am at 93.75 of T3 I am not hyper at all, in fact I feel quite tired. I don't have a fast pulse, my heart beats slow, and my adrenals don't act stressed, and I feel perhaps I am at a slump where my T4 is almost not producing but my receptors are blocked and that is why I feel so tired. Why I feel I need to have my thyroid tested to see where I am at. What thyroid hormones do I need to test for? When do I stop my T3 and when can I resume? I think I stop at my last dose which is 6pm, and then the next day have the blood drawn and after it is drawn then take my T3. Would that be suffice? If my blood is drawn at 8am, and my dose was suppose to be taken at 8am, do I double my T3 at my 10am dose since it was skipped?
