That's not stable at all, we are looking for 0.2F for day to day average stability. There will be a jump twice a month with menstruation/ovulation but apart from that they should be within 0.2F > >Now my labs: > >TSH 0.19 Range 0.40-4.50 >T4 Free 1.0 Range 0.8-1.8 >T3 Free 407 Range 230-420 > >T3 Reverse 28 Range 11-32 > Ft3/RT3 = 407/28 = 14.5, this should be 20 or greater The FT4 and FT3 look good at first glance but when you factor in the high RT3 it's not good. > > >4x Saliva Cortisol 6 months ago before taking meds, in range but at bottom. This is a major problem, the ranges are too wide. Dig back to the original results and post them in the adrenal group (details at the end) and they will tell you what you need to do. Once you have enough adrenal support to be able to stabilize temperature then you will need to go onto T3 only for a few months to clear the RT3 and the resistance that will have built up.
