Couple of questions

Does it matter if i take nutri adrenal supplements at same time as my t3 ? If

not how long should you leave ? Also why do you have to take nutri adrenal

before 1pm is this so you get full benefit?

Also I take contraceptive pill can this interefere with my t3, adrenal

supplements ? when should i take it ?

Thank you Donna

I take my T3 sublingually, so there is no conflict with any other

meds/supplements.

My Grossman brand T3 dissolves fairly quickly under my tongue. I once had some

American-made T3 that did not want to dissolve; I had to crumble or break it up

a little before placing it under my tongue.

I do not know about the 1:00 PM timing of nutri adrenal, if you ask on the

Adrenals Group, they might know, here's the link:

Should be fine together

The body has a cortisol cycle where the morning levels are highest and

it decays through the day. I assume this is related to that.

shouldn't interfere at all
