Help with wife's lab results

Here are my wife's lab results. Nick or Val may I have your opinion? I

believe the ferritin is high because of inflammation due to a back problem. And

I don't remember the recommended range for iron saturation. I calculate the

T3/RT3 to be about 17.45. Better than mine!

UIBC 169 ug/dL (150 - 375)

Iron, Serum 113 ug/dL ( 35 - 155)

Iron, Saturation 40 % ( 15 - 55)

Ferritin, Serum 150 ng/mL ( 13 - 150)

Thyroid panel 06/08/2010

TSH 1.860 uIU/mL (0.450 - 4.500)

T4, Free 1.00 ng/mL (0.82 - 1.77)

Reverse T3 149 pg/mL (90 - 350)

T3, Free 2.6 pg/mL (2.0 - 4.4)

Yes her iron is fine but it si showing inflammation. I would suggest

she get saliva cortilsl testing to se if thta is part of it as cortilsl

is the body's anti inflammatory hormone. And yes, she needs T3.
