Guest guest
How long have you been on the T3? Your temps are lookign prety close to good. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > We agreed that I needed to take my T3 raises slowly because I was stressing my adrenals after driving my temps down with my last T3 raise. I'm wondering if I'm ready for a raise yet because for the last week I've had a really difficult time getting to sleep. > > Pulse 96 - usually I'm at 90, so very close > Temperature has been trending upward since last Saturday. > Saturday avg 98.0 > Sunday avg 98.2 > Monday avg 98.2 > Tuesday avg 98.4 > Wednesday avg 98.4 > Thursday avg 98.5 > > Today is my tenth day at 93.75 mcg with 35 mg HC - should I continue holding my T3 dose or possibly add to my bedtime dose? Guest guest
Just hit week 7. Still have ringing in my ears, though its gotten milder - but the difficulty getting to sleep is my major concern. Thanks Peaches_II > > We agreed that I needed to take my T3 raises slowly because I was stressing my adrenals after driving my temps down with my last T3 raise.
