The problem is to carry a baby for long term, can imagine if you go trough IVF than you can't have this baby ? I think you have to read all the posts here and all the files and datas. I wasn't going to do the resection, but after all I learned here, including hearing about the miscarrieges from Su carriers, I will have it done in the end of this month. Another fact is that it is always good seek a second opinion, I know going to a diferent doc. is not nice ( I went in 5 diferent ones all Ob/RE. Good Luck and welcome !!!
