Guest guest
I htink someitmes iron can exascerbate lwo thyroi dsymotms as the two work together so well. AN dthey need each other to work well too. I am on 200 mg of iron and only 15 mcg of T3 at night. The only other time I am able to tolerate T3 is around 10-11:00 a.m. I am going to school and don't want to get sick and not be able to think. So, I am wondering what you think the next step is for me. I am only on Adrenal Rebuilder. I have high night time Cortisol and low to medium morning and then a little higher around noon. It feels like I have hypo symptoms like air hunger. Does iron work that quicly? Thanks, Rhnda Re: increased iron I htink someitmes iron can exascerbate lwo thyroi dsymotms as the two work together so well. Guest guest
On jst 15mcg of T3 I bet you DO have symptoms of HYpo.y ot push that dose up a tiny bit. You need ot go sleo with T3 raises due to the iron rpoblems, bt you also need to push as much T3 as yu can tolerate to help hold that iron. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ I htink someitmes iron can exascerbate lwo thyroi dsymotms as the two work together so well. Guest guest
Val, I tried to take 5 mcg more of Cytomel at 11:00 and felt spacey and hyper after i took the iron too. I take the other 15 mcg at bedtime. I am sleeping like a rock since adding the 50 mg of iron at bedtime. I have cut my sleep meds in half since I was so tired in the morning. I am having difficulty with some memory loss and not sure if I am causing stress to the adrenals. I don't have any idea what my temps are as doing all that just makes me stresssed. How do you take the doses of iron. I read two times a day or should I space out more? Re: increased iron I htink someitmes iron can exascerbate lwo thyroi dsymotms as the two work together so well. Guest guest
Where would you add the T3 if I add a little? My ferritin is 24 still after 100 mg of iron for a month.
