Guest guest
Hi guys Can you please tell me what the symptoms of pooling are? Ive recently gone up on my dose of T3 from 37.5mg to 50mg over the past 5 days, but dont feel a whole lot better for it. could it be that ive gone up too fast, and if so, what should I do now? My heart rate isnt too bad, so I dont think it is because my iron is too low and Im on a divided dose of HC (15am, 10noon, 5pm). Sorry I cant provide you with labs, cant afford it at the moment and they take such a long time to get the results back. I just need to judge as best i can from physical symptoms. This is my second time round trying this protocol. My last attempt was spoiled by the Compounding Pharmacy giving me the wrong drug and I became much more hypo than I ever was to begin with. Im still feeling very tired, a little bit of vertigo, my head is still a bit foggy. But! My hair has stopped falling out, my skin is a lot less yellow, my head is less foggy, Ive stopped crying all the time. Anyways, some feed back about pooling would be great. Thanks guys Jo
Guest guest
Jo, how is your D3? most of us find we need to take about 10000 D3 a day. You said your skin had some yellow so that would help that. If your D is low it is as much a problem as if the ferritin is. I couldn't believe how much better I felt when upping D, B12, iron magnesium and C. just my 2 cents, Sharon Remember! Dolls are people, too....have you hugged your dolls today? Guest guest
I find out the results of my vitamin D test in two weeks. Get some other results back then. I was on vitamin D for a little while, not sure why the doctor didnt just repeat my prescription. Sigh. I feel like Im battling my health and a crappy healthcare system. > > > From: jovoice31 > Subject: What are the physical sypmtoms of pooling? > To: RT3_T3 > Date: Thursday, August 19, 2010, 10:14 PM > > > Â > > > > Hi guys > > Can you please tell me what the symptoms of pooling are? Vitamin D is cheap and available in decent doses without prescription. Several of us take the Pilgrims 5000 IU soft gells. Nick
Guest guest
Well fortuantely vit D is one of the cheap supplements. You can get a generic D3 in high dosage of say 5000 for about $5 or less. I look for the CVS or other stores BOGO sales. I take 2 D3 5000 per day. I was taking the 1 but it wasn't enough by far. best of luck, Sharon Remember! Dolls are people, too....have you hugged your dolls today? Guest guest
When I was pooling T3, I had exhaustion, bad aches and pains, almost flu-like symptoms. I suspected pooling, so had my FT3 tested; it was 11 - about twice what it should be. > > > > > > > > >I find out the results of my vitamin D test in two weeks. Get some other results back then.
