Guest guest
Thanks Margery, Nick story is interesting. I am wondering because of the resistance, does a person need to find the cause first before attempting to raise t3, or should it be raised even though the pulse is high? What if the reason for resistance is not found. I suspect that I probably didn't clear my rt3 before I lowered it my dose. Wondering if that could be causing my resistance. I was on 112mcg and my t3 was 5.2 at that time. What is tissue resistance? I know that checking pulse if very important but what if I need to raise t3 and pulse is high just to get my levels to where I don't have any hypo symptoms. I am just throwing things out there. I am so desperate to find an answer so I can get on with my life. I need to get my dose higher but because of my pulse going high I can't seem to do much I am stuck and can't find my way out. . Dry hair, skin, bumps on my skin, not sleep much, constipation etc... just a few of my hypo symptoms! thanks so much, judy To: RT3_T3 Sent: Thu, August 26, 2010 9:37:13 AMSubject: Re: Pooling / resistance Moderator Nick had a brilliant post on other forms of thyroid resistance, here's the link: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/40594The other comments in that same thread are also very interesting.> > >> >I usually post on the adrenal group.
