BUMP Val - temps/bp/pulse are high

I need some help from a moderator please. I lowered my 4th dose of T3 to 6.25 & took my normal 2.5 mg. HC but pulse, temps & bp are still really high. I'm 14 weeks out on T3 and cleared a while ago and thought I was at my optimal dose and was doing good up until 4 days ago when I got hit with a migraine and back problems (see 1st email below please). Currently I'm taking 25, 18.75, 18.75, 18.75, T3 and 5, 5, 5, 2.5 HC. 4 days ago my temps took a big dump from 98.6 down to 98.0, I had a major migraine and backache during those days so was taking Tramadol and Flexeril. My headache and backache are gone now and temps began coming up to avg. 98.4 on Monday and 98.7 on Tuesday. Yesterday my bp/pulse was normal but on my third dose I started getting mild heart pounding and pulse went to 94 (high for me). Today I've felt irritable, a bit anxious, tired and warm (I have air conditioning).
