It looks like the answer depends on whether the adrenal issue is HIGH cortisol

or LOW cortisol.

I don't know where you're at in your thyroid levels, but personally when my T3 level is high enough my skin and nails get better.

Thanks, Margery! I'll do another saliva test next week, but generally my cortisol is rather low, not high. So Zinc is obviously not recommended then..

What else could I do to improve the condition of my skin/nails?? Any ideas?

I'm only on one pill daily, so maybe I need to increase it a bit!! Thanks, Roni!
