I guess Val is taking a mod break. She needs it.

An update to my iron and my symptoms since writing this.

As noted below my ferritin is 230 High.

Iron Saturation 43 % range 15-55

(This tells me not inflamation, and saturation is high like it should be.)

Iron Bind.Cap.(TIBC) 308 ug/dL range 250-450

UIBC 175 150-375

Iron Serum 133 35-155

The last two nights my knees stopped hurting, but I still remained very tired.

I have been taking it very easy and napping and laying around a lot. I really

hate doing this because I have so much things I need to do. I think upon doing

this sloth style I have been storing up some cortisol which is why my knees are

not hurting. I also noticed my temps were slowing getting back to its usual

98.0F avg. Which I have been having for many months and never budging.

Yesterday my two temps were 97.9 and not budging. Then before it was time to

take my 3rd temp my heart was beating hard and I felt this warmth come over me.

When I did my temp it was 98.8F. My avg for that day was 98.2F.

When my temps jumped like that I felt pretty good, but I noticed I ached

slightly in my adrenal area. Last night I also slept lousy, when I had been

sleeping weel previously.

I think I had a slight clearance but not enough HC to hold it.

I am wondering with my labs I am posting and my symptoms if I should slightly

raise HC or should I lower T3? I have been slowly raising T3 for so long but I

can't seem to get passed 106.25 due to adrenal stress.

If I have to go up on HC which now I am at 40mg how should I dose it? I am

thinking of doing the following experiment, adding two extra isocorts:

7am 10mg

9am 1 isocort

11 10mg

1pm 1 isocort

3pm 7.5mg

7pm 7.5mg

bedtime 5mg

Please advise.

reached the point where I shut down my T4 and my T3 hasn't cleared yet and to

increase until I reach it.

bad in my adrenal area Friday. I mean really starting to hurt. I did a stress

dose that day and the next day. I also dropped my T3 back down to 106.25mcg.

It helped the pain. I think I stressed dose 10mg for two days. The two days

after I stressed dosed my temps avg was 98.4F. I was really getting it up

there. Now my temps are lower than my avg 98.0F.

done then I was having bad edema and when I took salt I would swell up like a

puffer fish. I have not been drinking my salted water since then. If I do, I

will swell up. Back then my potassium level was 4.3 and my RBC potassium was

106. The edema wasn't due to my electolytes then.

It has been this way since trying to increase from 100mcg.
