Lab results for iron....suggestions?

Hi everyone,

I've been lining up me and my daughters tests after posting our Thyroid panels

and our first results are back.

Can you tell me what you recommend?

Ferritin: 17 ng/ml (both of us) Range: 13-150

UIBC: 241 ug/dl (daughter,16yr) Range: 150-375

182 ug/dl (me)

Obviously we need help here. What is recommended for iron? Anybody else

resorted to using a cast iron pan as well???

Jeez, I can't believe I've never had this addressed or tested before now!
